Shipping Policy

Each product on Paswan Books includes shipping information relevant to that item.

This information indicates how quickly the item is expected to leave our warehouses. Please note, it does not guarantee the exact delivery date, as delivery times depend on the courier service used.

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be delays beyond our control.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for final delivery rests with the courier company. We do, however, assist customers by lodging complaints with the courier service if any issues arise.

Shipping Timeframes:

For items available in our local warehouse: 3–7 business days (we try to ship earlier whenever possible).
If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, and we cover any additional shipping charges incurred.

Shipping Charges:

Domestic orders below ₹499: ₹99 shipping fee.
Domestic orders ₹499 and above: Free shipping.
International orders: Shipping charges apply; any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Paswan Books is not responsible for such duties or taxes, as they vary by country.

E-content / Digital Products:

No shipping charges.
Delivered electronically via email or SMS.
